At Realm Makers, we strive to make our conference pricing as flexible and as excellent a value as possible, while never compromising on the quality of your conference experience.
The price of conference registration includes:
- access to all class content from 3 pm on Friday through the final keynote address on Sunday;
- one ticket to the Awards Banquet, to be used by you;
- access to the Sunday Night Book Festival;
- mentor/critique/pitch appointments as available;
- access to all recorded conference content until the end of the year (some exceptions apply);
- access to livestreamed classes during the conference weekend;
- access to the Realm Makers Expo, with a VIP preview on Friday before the Realm Awards Banquet;
- more fun than you ever imagined you could have with a bunch of other writers.
Items you can add on at an additional cost include:
- tickets to the awards banquet for your spouse or friend(s)
- the pre-conference session that runs from 9 am to 3 pm on Friday, always taught by an amazing expert on an in-depth topic

Terms and Conditions
RELEASE OF LIABILITY
In consideration for being allowed to participate in the Realm Makers Conference, the registration form will require you to check off a release from liability. This waives your right to sue Realm Makers, their employees, officers, volunteers and agents (collectively “Realm Makers”) from any and all claims, including claims of Realm Makers’ negligence, resulting in any physical injury, illness (including death) or economic loss suffered or which may result from participation in this Conference, travel to and from the Conference (including air travel), or any events incidental to this Conference.

CANCELLATION POLICY
In the event you discover you cannot attend the Realm Makers conference after you’ve registered, the following refund policy will apply:
More than 60 days prior to conference: full refund, less a 10% processing fee
30-59 days prior to conference: 50% refund
Less than 30 days prior to conference: non refundable, but you may transfer your registration to another attendee. You are responsible for finding the individual to whom you wish to transfer your registration and informing the conference registrar of the change.

PAYMENT BY CHECK:
Your registration is not considered complete until we receive your check and it clears with our bank. Only at that time will you be able to schedule appointments. All checks must be received by June 18, 2025. Please make checks payable to Realm Makers Conferences LLC and mail to 939 N Washington St. Pottstown, PA 19464.

Conference Scholarships
Every year, we offer a small number of full and partial scholarships to individuals who cannot attend Realm Makers without some financial support. These scholarships are funded by our annual raffle, held at the conference.
